Jan Zecher

Jan Zecher is a principal in the Munich office of Fish & Richardson. He advises foreign and domestic clients in all trademark, domain name, design and advertising matters. His practice has a special focus on the automotive, computer software, financial services, medical devices, pharmaceutical, semiconductors and travel and tourism industry.

Previously employed at Lovells, Hamburg (2007-2008), Gleiss Lutz, Stuttgart (2003-2007) and the Institute for Copyright and Media Law, Munich (2001-2003). Albert Ludwigs University School of Law (PhD in 2004). Ludwig Maximilians University School of Law, Munich (law degree in 1994).
