Dr. Michael Pap
has been a partner of the law firm Caemmerer Lenz Karlsruhe since 1987. Michael Pap runs the banking and IP department. His current client base includes a variety of well-known regional and national banks and home loan banks. Furthermore, Mr. Pap's practice focuses on intellectual property law, especially trademark law, as well as on health care law and counseling doctors and their insurances on liability questions.
Michael Pap is a member of the German Intellectual Property Society ("Grüner Verein"), the Banking Law Association, the Working Committee "Banking and Capital Markets" of the German Law Society and the working group "Intellectual Property" of Eurojuris International E.W.I.V. as well as of several commissions of experts on health care law. In addition, he is a member of the advisory boards of a major pharmaceutical group.
Moreover Michael Pap has achieved the additional qualification as a specialist in Banking Law and Capital Market (Fachanwalt für Bank- und Kapitalmarktrecht). Michael Pap issues publications in specialized literature in the field of banking, competition and health care law on a regular basis.
