Amazon`s Legal Department in Munich is looking for a talented lawyer to support its rapidly growing e-commerce businesses (Traffic/Advertising) in Germany. Amazon is doing many exciting things in this space. You will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. You will also provide day-to-day business law counseling and resolve legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships. You will be based in Munich (or Luxembourg if preferred).
Your Background:
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany with outstanding legal qualification
- Minimum 3 years post-qualified legal experience
- IP background is considered an asset
- Excellent English skills that include ability to draft contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients and peers on a worldwide basis
- High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box
- Great business judgment especially in ambiguous situations
