Comment: A respected M&A practice which is often active in deals thanks to solid contacts among numerous owner-managed companies, high-net-worth families and private clients, as well as small investment companies. Honert is often up against much larger, international firms, e.g. in the work for Ganymed. The quality of advice and the interplay between corporate and tax are praised by clients and competitors equally.
