Dentons

Comment: This firm, a leading name for corporate rescue, made headway with its takeover of operational roles in the Alno Küchen insolvency, a development closely followed by the market. Though this work roughly corresponds with the trustee model, via which Dentons works for many companies in restructuring, the appearance of Ziegenhagen and the otherwise rarely visible Dirk Schoene as chief representative is new. The market does not doubt that the hard-hitting team is up to this task, as the corporate rescue practice has been intact for years, esp. from Berlin, and is frequently bolstered. After a counsel experienced in bond and real estate restructuring left the Frankfurt office for Berwin Leighton, the team was quickly bolstered with a seasoned partner from hww Hermann Wienberg Wilhelm.
