GSK Stockmann

Comment: The litigation practice headed up by Dr. Justus Jansen is driving forward internal networking esp. in areas where GSK already has a strong setup, e.g. in ?construction and ?real estate besides project development. These interfaces are in high demand at present in connection with the major political energy revolution project. For example Jansen, who competitors praise as “competent and globally well-connected”, is heading up one of the most prominent proceedings concerning the delayed grid connection of offshore wind farms on behalf of project company Trianel. Adjudication proceedings in connection with wind farms and disputes regarding long-term supply agreements are also keeping the team busy. The expansion of the associate level reflects the dynamics of the practice, which however has to improve its integration within the firm. (11 equity partners, 3 salary partners, 8 associates)
