MAYER BROWN

Comment: This recommended corporate practice has three main planks in its practice: the work of Wilhelm in restructuring, the ongoing advice to its worldwide industrial client base (in particular a large US mid-western share) and finally the stock corporation practice around Frankfurt partner Binder. The latter has been given a boost by the cooperation with the strengthened finance team, allowing it to work on the interface with capital markets. Riehmer in particular has a strong record in takeover law, but MB’s participation in such deals is rare. The arrival of Lemor last year has transformed the corporate notary practice in Frankfurt, which was previously focused on. It has the potential to raise MB’s profile in the field.
